Alan is a retired executive - Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Ram Surgical and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Johnson & Johnson. Alan was a Marine Corps aviator, flying F-18s. He retired as a Marine Corps Major.

Patty Winstanley, Consultant
Patty acquired and operated a company in 2002, after retiring from a career in education. Patty is recognized for her ongoing contibutions to other women business owners and operators during her tenure as president.
